Gov. Malloy Announces Grants to Connect More Town Government Services to State's High Speed Internet Network
Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced that he has approved a series of grants to assist municipalities throughout Connecticut with the infrastructure costs associated with connecting their town governments to the state’s Nutmeg Network and extending its availability to include all municipal services.

Tuesday: Gov. Malloy Commemorates Passage of New Law Strengthening Sexual Assault Prevention and Response on College Campuses
On Tuesday morning, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will hold a ceremony at the offices of Connecticut Sexual Assault Crisis Services, Inc. (CONNSACS) in East Hartford to commemorate the adoption of a new law (PA 14-11) that strengthens sexual assault prevention and response procedures at institutions of higher learning in Connecticut.

Gov. Malloy: After 40 Years of Planning and Discussion, New Courthouse to be Built in Torrington
Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced that the State Bond Commission will vote Friday on the final funding elements necessary for the new Litchfield County Courthouse project in Torrington. He also released a rendering of the new facility and announced the formal groundbreaking will occur in July.
